Phil Coppney

Background Phil has over 20 years of mortgage lending and mortgage lending technology experience. His experience in the mortgage industry has helped IndyMac, NetBank, Everbank, and many other lenders, devise and implement technology solutions. Offering both creative and technical strengths, Phil has published articles in Equity magazine. He has spoken at the MBA conference and the NHEMA Technology conference.

Bob Ross 

Background Bob has over 20 years of experience in residential mortgage lending. He started in loan processing and quickly moved into origination leading to a long career in correspondent lending with Fleet, HomeSide Lending and Platinum Direct. He has assisted numerous Banks in the operation of their mortgage operations and seen both good and not so good business practices in all kinds of economic climates. Bob holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and Milwaukee in Urban Studies, Real Estate and Finance.

Steve Holley 

Background Steve has over 20 years of software development experience.  These experiences include building and maintaining systems for large law firms, medical records and resource management for hospital systems, real estate multiple listing services, alon with over 7 years designing, building and maintaing a wide array of mortgage lending solutions.

Patrick Ashburn 

Background Patrick has over 10 years of software development experience ranging from data mining and analytics for state governments, to enterprise application building for firms such as Morgan Stanley and WAMU.
